In her international career, Dr. Johanna Van Sevenant worked in various leadership positions in the consulting and then in the metal and mining industry in Belgium, France and Luxembourg. Johanna gained broad transformational experiences as Chief Human Resources Officer and then as a Chief Executive Officer of large international industrial companies, leading successful turnarounds as well as growth strategies.
Johanna has completed an Executive DBA from prestigious ‘École des Ponts Business School’, Paris. The research topic of her doctoral project is “Divestment spin-off as strategic game-changer”.
