In his international career, Dr. Uwe Bauer worked in various managerial positions in the consumer industry and the solar energy sector in Germany, Hong Kong, USA and Singapore. Uwe gained broad experiences in setting up new markets, sales and marketing, purchasing and managing international teams.
He has completed an Executive DBA from prestigious ‘École des Ponts Business School’, Paris. The research topic of his dissertation is “The Impact of Arts-Based Initiatives on Business Organizations’ Value Creation Capacity”.
